RESERVATION NOTES:
Amex and Diners are not accepted. Cancellation total or partial has to be mailed at least 48 ours before the arrival day. Cancellations after this limit will be considered no show and the total amount of staying will be charged. We only accept cancellations via email.

GROUPS RESERVATION:
If you are more than 7 people, you are considered a group, after the first online reservation, you will be asked to make a downpayment prior to your arrival. For Groups we only accept half board (11 euros for dinner). Instructions are in the e-mail confirmation. We highly recommend groups to contact the “La Primula” Menaggio Youth Hostel.

OPENING TIME:
The Hostel is open from 8 am to 2 pm, then from 5 pm until midnight. Check in anytime during opening hours. Rooms can be accessed during closing time. If you arrive between 2 and 5 pm, you can leave your luggage, use the rest-room and have a drink.
